The Rotary Club of Gbagada District 9110 Nigeria has awarded the Executive Chairman of Agege Local Government, Alhaji Ganiyu Kola Egunjobi (JP) an ‘Exemplary Leadership Award’ (Infrastructural Development). This award, according to the organiser, the council boss has performed tremendously on infrastructural development of Agege Local Government area.
The colourful event attended by prominent personalities home and diaspora was held on Sunday 15 November, 2020 @ Lagos Country Club, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos; also had as part of the programme, the official Installation of an Agege born Rotarian (Hon.) Isola Sina Ogunsola (Senior Special Assistant to the Speaker of Lagos Assembly on Education) as the 37th President of Rotary Club of Gbagada District 9110 Nigeria (2020-2021) along with induction of Board members for 2020-2021/Fund Raising for Club project.
Receiving the distinguished award on behalf of the council boss were a team of delegation led by Prince Abiodun Ogunji, Vice Chairman of Agege LG and his Orile Agege LCDA counterpart; Alhaja Kafilat Akanni Pedro. Others include Councilors and Supervisors from Agege LG and Orile Agege LCDA respectively.
